Reporting To: Project Manager / Business Head

Essential Qualification: Graduate in Engineering /Planning & master’s degree in construction management.

Experience: 10 to 12 years of diversified experience of construction of large-scale Infrastructure projects.

Profile:

To lead and manage on site construction as per plans and Specification.
Planning all activities and deliverables as per the time schedule
To Prepare , execute, and monitor the resource plan and budget as per the requirements.
To do Continuous follow up with Team regarding work progress by conducting review meetings
Analyzing and managing risk in work execution w.r.to safety & quality
Responsible for measurement of work done and assistance in periodical invoicing
Maintaining and updating the relevant records and documentation
To present monthly progress reports to reporting head
To review and ensure compliance wherever required during the project cycle.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

Should have sound understanding handling onsite construction.
Should be well versed with Auto Cad, Quantity Take Off.
Should have the tenacity as well as maturity to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
Should possess good analytical as well as presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
