  1. Desired Qualification: MBA/PG in Human Resource Management with  7 to 10 years of Experience in Mid-Sized Corporate preferable from Infrastructure consulting /Construction Industry.

Attracting Talent and Hiring

Facilitate  the recruitment process in coordination with Vertical Heads/ Management as the case may be.

Develop a Database on appropriate resources / disciplines

Building a robust database from the market sources and competitors

Build network of resource providers including Placement Consultants, Online portals, Educational Institutions etc.

Conducting background checks and employee eligibility verifications

Develop / Retain Talent Assist in Review and Update of HR related policies
Assist in Planning  and facilitate Training and Development
Review and implement Employee welfare schemes and programs
Implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs
Performing routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs

 Employee Engagement

Continuously engaging with employees to address grievances and facilitating conducive working environment
Conducting Employee Engagement Programs
4 MIS Assist in payroll processing and  Compliance
Develop and Maintain HR MIS and Database

Skills:

  • Sound Knowledge of Statutory and legal process as well as best in practice HR management tools
  • Excellent Communication Skills (oral and written)

We are looking for a competent Help desk technician to provide fast and use

An excellent Help desk technician must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.
